Co to je?

Superlativní přídavná jména se používají k porovnání jedné osoby, věci, místa nebo situace se všemi ostatními ve skupině.

Vyjadřují nejvyšší nebo nejnižší míru vlastnosti.

V angličtině se superlativní přídavná jména obvykle používají s určitým členem the.

Struktura

U mnoha krátkých přídavných jmen přidejte -est.

Podmět + be + the + přídavné jméno-est + podstatné jméno/doplnění

Příklad:

Pokud přídavné jméno končí na -e, přidejte pouze -st.
