இடத்தின் முன்விபக்திகள் (Prepositions of place) ஒரு நபர், விலங்கு அல்லது பொருள் எங்கு அமைந்துள்ளது என்பதைக் காட்டுகின்றன.

எப்போது பயன்படுத்துவது

இடத்தின் முன்விபக்தி பொதுவாக ஒரு பெயர்ச்சொல், பிரதிபெயர் அல்லது பெயர்ச்சொல் தொடருக்கு முன் வருகிறது.

subject + verb + preposition of place + noun

The phone is on the desk.
They are in the garden.
She is standing next to me.
