နှိုင်းယှဉ်နာမဝိသေသနများ (Comparative adjectives) ကို လူနှစ်ဦး၊ အရာဝတ္ထုနှစ်ခု၊ နေရာနှစ်ခု သို့မဟုတ် အခြေအနေနှစ်ခုကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်ရန် အသုံးပြုသည်။

၎င်းတို့သည် လူတစ်ဦး သို့မဟုတ် အရာတစ်ခုတွင် အရည်အသွေးတစ်ခုသည် အခြားတစ်ခုထက် ပိုများသည် သို့မဟုတ် ပိုနည်းသည်ကို ပြသသည်။

ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံ

အတိုသော နာမဝိသေသနများစွာအတွက် -er ကို ပေါင်းထည့်ပါ။

နာမဝိသေသနတစ်ခုသည် -e ဖြင့် အဆုံးသတ်ပါက -r ကိုသာ ပေါင်းထည့်ပါ။

အတိုသော နာမဝိသေသနတစ်ခုသည် သရတစ်လုံး + ဗျည်းတစ်လုံးဖြင့် အဆုံးသတ်ပါက နောက်ဆုံးဗျည်းကို မကြာခဏ နှစ်ဆတိုးသည်။

နာမဝိသေသနတစ်ခုသည် ဗျည်း + -y ဖြင့် အဆုံးသတ်ပါက y ကို i သို့ ပြောင်းပြီး -er ကို ပေါင်းထည့်ပါ။
