مقام کے حروفِ جر (Prepositions of place) بتاتے ہیں کہ کوئی شخص، جانور، یا چیز کہاں واقع ہے۔

between دو چیزوں کے درمیان The café is between the shops.
near کسی چیز کے قریب We live near the park.
opposite کسی چیز کے سامنے (فاصلے پر) The hotel is opposite the station.
