Present Simple ব্যবহার করা হয় অভ্যাস, রুটিন, সত্য, স্থায়ী পরিস্থিতি এবং নিয়মিত ঘটে এমন বিষয় নিয়ে কথা বলতে।
উদাহরণ:
- I work from home.
- She drinks coffee every morning.
- The sun rises in the east.
he, she এবং it এর সাথে verb সাধারণত -s বা -es দিয়ে শেষ হয়।
- I work.
- He works.
- They watch television.
- She watches television.
কখন ব্যবহার করবেন
Present Simple ব্যবহার করুন:
- অভ্যাস এবং রুটিনের জন্য: I walk to work every day.
- পুনরাবৃত্তিমূলক কাজের জন্য: She calls her mother every Sunday.
- সাধারণ সত্যের জন্য: Water boils at 100°C.
- স্থায়ী পরিস্থিতির জন্য: They live in Canada.
- মতামত এবং অনুভূতির জন্য: I like this song.
- সময়সূচী এবং সময়তালিকার জন্য: The train leaves at six.

always, usually, often, sometimes এবং never এর মতো adverb সাধারণত মূল verb-এর আগে বসে।
