Prepositsioonid on lühikesed sõnad, mis ühendavad nimisõna või asesõna lause teise osaga.

Need näitavad sageli:

  • kohta: in, on, under, next to
  • aega: at, on, in
  • liikumist: to, into, from
  • asendit või suunda: behind, between, across

Näited:

Struktuur
